Spec.Tech.
The Spec. Tech.'s have always been an intricate part of the Transformers Universe. The Spec Tech's (Specifications & Technicals, sometimes also referred to as TechSpecs), gave the layout of who the Transformers was in concise details. The technical part was the biography and abilities of the character, the specs gave a readout of 8 characteristics linked with the character.
For many fans the read out of the Spec Tech's were perceived in many different ways. Here at the Seibertronian Space Station they are read as followed:
The 8 Spec's of Strength, Intelligence, Speed, Endurance, Rank, Courage, Firepower, and Skill, are not to be read as a comparison scale to other Transformers. But rather they are the read out of the levels they are at opposed to the maximum of what they could be for that character!
For Example, Skywarps bio says he isn't all too smart, yet he has an intelligence of 9 (which here will be read as 90). Starscream is the Air Commander, and is considered sophisticated, yet his intelligence is only 7 (or 70). But this could also be read as, Skywarp is not that smart, but for him there is little room for improvement, for him he is at 90 percent of his fullest potential. Starscream is overall very intelligent, but if he didn't spend so much of his time overthowing Megatron with his plans, he could have put his intelligence to far better use. For him he is only at 70 percent of his fullest potential.
The 9th spec that can be found here on the Space Station is Life-Force. Life-Force is the average of the other 8 specs. All the 8 specs are added up and the end result of that is devided into 8 to come to the final conclusion.
